Prediction: India women's vs West indies Women's ICC Women world cup 2023

It was an excellent start for the Indian women's cricket team in the ongoing ICC Women's world cup 2023 as they defeated the Pakistan women's team by 7 wickets in their previous game. Now they are all set to go against the Former World cup Champions West Indies Side who lost their first game against the England side. Coincidentally West Indies side lost by 7 wickets against England women's team.

The match will occur on 15 February 2023 at Newlands in Cape town (South Africa). It seems that the Indian team has the upper edge over the west Indies Women's side. In the ICC ranking Indian women's team is in the 4th place with a rating of 265 on the other side the West Indies team is placed in the 6th spot with a rating of 226 in the ICC Women's t-20 ranking.

In the head-to-head contest between India and West Indies women, both teams competed against each other in 20 games, out of which 12 are won by the Indian team and the remaining 8 were won by the West Indies team.


Also, the Most Expensive player of the Women's premier league (WPL) 2023, Smriti Mandhana may join the team after recovering from the injury. This will be her first game of the world cup 2023 as she was not fit for the first game against the Pakistan women's team.


So from all the points, it seems that the Indian team will have a higher chance of Victory. But we cannot underestimate the opponent as they are the former world cup champions. The one who plays better cricket will get the 2 Points.

Smriti Mandhana becomes the most Expensive Player of inaugural Women Premier League (WPL) with a bid of 3.40Cr.

Smriti Mandhana Emerged as the most expensive Player of the Women's Premier League 2023 (WPL). The highest bid came from the Royal Challengers Bangalore. They made the highest bid of 3.40 crore Indian Rupees.
